We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@shopviolletwear.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.
Returns must be approved by our customer support team before being shipped back. Items sent back to us without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@shopviolletwear.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits, and intimate apparel
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased with special final-sale promotions
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges due to limited stock availability.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or card account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees, shipping protection, taxes, duties, and any additional service fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank. Refunds may take additional time to be officially posted.
